Troubleshooting: Site and content access issues

As with any transition, there are technical issues. As I noted when I announced the partnership with the Black List, this transition would be an iterative process, one involving lots of steps, changes, improvements, etc.

For example, the entire Black List site is going through a significant redesign and that will be reflected here when that happens in the next month or so.

Right now I’d like to see if we can learn more about site and content access issues.

Please let me know.

I need this specific information: (1) Which URL you are attempting to use. (2) Which web browser you are using and what version of it. (3) Is this a persistent issue or one that happens irregularly.

Also I know some people are having trouble accessing certain of the content under Lists. If you are having difficulty in this regard, please let me know specifically which lists or posts.

Finally if there are other issues you are having with the site, please post some info about that in Comments or email me. We need your help because we can’t fix the problems if we don’t know about them.
